Nevertheless: What the Bible Says About Mental Health

A 28-day Bible study and workbook to change how you think about who you are in God.

Nevertheless is a Bible-based study meant to help offer encouragement to anyone and everyone who has ever felt alone, anxious, depressed, unloved or unheard. This study really grew out of my own desire to remember how loved I am. We live in a sad and fallen world, and that means that we deal with a lot of stress, regret and sometimes the world seems to be on our shoulders.

This study focuses on four main mental health issues that hold Christians captive: feelings of inadequacy, anxiety, loneliness and mental/emotional exhaustion.

Since it is a workbook, it requires you actively engaging with the text and may even give you a new perspective about some of your favorite Biblical figures including Samson, Elijah, Hannah, and many more.
